Requirements for Lower Campus Students
- Application Form with Parent/Guardian’s Signature *
Application must be filled out without any blank spaces.
If not, the application will be returned.
(학부모 서명날인 완료된 입학지원서): 입학원서의 모든 항목은 빈 칸 없이 작성되어야 하며, 빈 항목이 있는 경우 원서는 반환됩니다.
- Applicant Portrait Picture (3X4) *
(지원자의 증명사진 3X4 사이즈 1매) - Official Transcript from Current School and Previous Attended Institution *
현재 재학중인 학교 및 이전 재학했던 모든 학교의 성적증명서) - A Copy of Passport (Biographic Pages only) *
(여권 인적사항 페이지 사본 1부) - A Copy of Resident Registration Certificate *
(주민등록등본 원본 1부) - One Recommendation Letter from Current or Previous School Teacher
(현재 재학중인 학교 혹은 이전 재학했던 학교 선생님 추천서)
